This policy explains what information Refreshed Rides Detailing collects when you visit ridesrefreshed.com, book an appointment, or contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book, text, call or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (year, make, model, size) and the service, date and time you choose.
Payments, including the booking deposit, are processed by Square. We don't see or store your full card number.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the tools below collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. They use cookies and similar technology to count visits, see which pages and buttons are used, and measure whether our ads lead to bookings.
When you click to call, text or book, the site records that click as an event for these tools.
The Square booking calendar on this site is run by Square and may set its own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
How we use your information
To schedule and complete your appointment, confirm times, tell you when your vehicle is ready, answer questions and take payment.
To keep records of the work we did on your vehicle.
To measure and improve our website and advertising. We may send booking events to Meta and Google with your email and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form so they can match bookings to ads. They can't read the hashed values.
We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your mobile number when booking, we'll text you about your appointment, for example confirmations, timing, and when your vehicle is ready. How often depends on your appointment, usually a few messages per visit.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Square (booking and payments), Meta and Google (website measurement and advertising), Cloudflare (website hosting), and automation tools such as Zapier that pass booking events between these services. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them to provide service, answer questions about past work, and meet tax and record-keeping requirements, then delete them.

Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
