Terms of service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms apply when you book or receive a service from Refreshed Rides Detailing. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking, deposits and cancellations

Online bookings require a deposit, shown before you confirm your booking.

You can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your appointment. For changes inside 24 hours, text or call us.

Prices are set by vehicle size and shown when you book. If the vehicle's size or condition is very different from what was booked, we'll talk to you about the price before starting.

Vehicle condition

Please point out any existing damage, such as chips, dents, scratches, loose trim, cracked glass or worn paint, when you drop off.

Detailing can reveal problems that dirt was hiding. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing or loose parts, previous paint or body repairs, aftermarket wraps, or trim and clear coat that were already failing.

Personal items

Please remove valuables, cash, documents and personal items before drop-off. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Paint correction results

A one-step correction removes light swirls, haze and dullness. A two-step correction goes after deeper scratches and oxidation. Scratches deep enough to catch a fingernail get better but may not disappear completely. You'll hear what to expect before work starts.

Pickup

We'll text you when your vehicle is ready. Please pick it up during open hours, 7am to 7pm. If you need a different time, text us.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square. Any remaining balance is due when the work is done.

Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use of the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law that can't be waived.
